All content, designs, code, and materials on wsds.io are the property of Ward Software Defined Systems LLC unless otherwise stated. Work product created during paid engagements is governed by the applicable statement of work or service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WSDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, website, or communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to WSDS for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our services may integrate with or recommend third-party platforms (including but not limited to Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cloudflare, and various AI providers). We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or performance of third-party services.
